This page is public so it can be used as Promivra's Meta user data deletion instructions URL.
Option 1: Disconnect a connected Meta asset
- Sign in to your Promivra account.
- Open the relevant business workspace.
- Open Meta Setup.
- Use the disconnect action for the connected Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, WhatsApp Business account or Meta Ad Account.
Disconnecting stops Promivra from using that stored connection for future publishing or other authorized actions. Promivra removes or invalidates the stored connection credential as part of the disconnect workflow where supported.
Option 2: Request deletion of Promivra data
Send an email from the address associated with your Promivra account to financecontrolleroman@gmail.com with the subject:
Include enough information for us to identify and verify the request:
- Your Promivra account email address.
- The organization or business workspace name.
- The connected Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, WhatsApp Business account/phone number or Meta Ad Account name, if the request concerns an integration.
- Whether you want only connected Meta data removed or the applicable Promivra account/workspace data deleted as well.
What happens after a verified request
After identity and authority are reasonably verified, Promivra will delete or anonymize applicable personal information and connected platform data that is no longer required to provide the service. This can include stored connection credentials, platform asset identifiers, connection records and account related information covered by the request.
Some limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, accounting or evidence that a deletion request was completed. Data held independently by Meta or another third party must be managed under that provider's own controls and policies.
Meta data deletion requests
If Meta sends Promivra a user data deletion request through its developer processes, Promivra will use the information provided by Meta to identify the relevant integration or account and process the request in accordance with applicable requirements.
Meta Ads
When a business disconnects Meta Ads or makes a verified deletion request, applicable encrypted Ad Account authorization credentials and connection metadata can be removed. Imported campaign, ad set, ad and performance snapshots may also be deleted subject to the retention limitations described above.
WhatsApp Business Platform
When a business disconnects WhatsApp or makes a verified deletion request, applicable encrypted business access credentials, WABA and Phone Number identifiers, connection metadata and operational webhook metadata can be removed subject to the retention limitations described above. Promivra v1.9.0 does not intentionally persist inbound WhatsApp message body text.
AI Video Factory
A verified deletion request can include Promivra generated video files, thumbnails, narration plans and stored AI voiceover files associated with the requested workspace, subject to the retention limitations described above. External AI providers may have separate retention controls governed by their own terms.
